Building a solid unified team is never easy. It starts by evaluating yourself first before turning to your colleagues. Nobody is born a leader. It's something you learn. And, it's not easy.
For me and my team there was a "before" and "after" Patrick.
We are now 2 years on and we are still reaping the benefits
Thanks
