Code of Conduct/Compliance

Dream On Coaching adheres to the code of conduct of the International Coach Federation.

All Dream On Coaching coaches and other personnel are monitored and evaluated on a regular basis.

A road map is established for every Dream On Coaching assignment.

It sets out clearly the assignment's objectives, key progress indicators and the level and frequency of the coach's intervention in the process.

In the case of an individual executive coaching assignment, the road map is agreed by the executive and the coach; if the coaching assignment is financed by the organization, the road map is agreed by the coach, the executive and the organization.

The road map may be modified during the course of the assignment if circumstances warrant it.

In either case, all signatories respect the confidentiality of the road map.
