Based in Brussels and serving clients both in the public and private sectors across Europe, Dream On Coaching was founded by Patrick Stichelmans in 2007. A Certified Coach, Patrick is deeply committed to the transformative power of professional Executive Coaching. Patrick's broad background allows him to bring to bear formal training in the latest, most effective executive coaching practice allied with very wide real world experience gained in highly competitive environments. This ranges from one-on-one sales experience (Salesman of the Year East Coast for a major US consumer goods manufacturer) to CEO of a US advertising agency based in Brussels. This has provided him with invaluable insight into the challenges facing not only managers and senior executives but also sales teams and staff in frequent contact with customers on the ground.

Patrick's experience covers 20 years in advertising and marketing and includes:

Grey Advertising, Brussels, Managing Director (1997-2004); CEO (2004-2007).

Achievements:

  • greatly improved creative product (multiple awards at Cannes Lions Industry Awards).
  • successfully managed 2 of the 5 largest advertising budgets in Belgium (P&G, Belgacom).
  • set up and operated Belgacom Customer Relations Management program for 6 years.
  • launched new brand into the market and successfully built increasingly high level of awareness and positive brand over a period of 6 years (Skoda).
  • responsible for worldwide coordination of major P&G brand (Mr. Clean).

While working at Grey, Patrick was able to witness the dramatic impact of executive coaching within his own organization; shortly afterwards he set up Dream On Coaching.

Dream On Coaching can also draw on a broad network of 10 highly experienced independent partners specialized in complementary areas of executive development including team building and organizational development who share Dream On Coaching's culture and practice.

Our partner coaches have deep in-depth knowledge of the theory and practice of transactional analysis and systemic coaching. Depending on the scope and nature of the assignment, the most appropriate partners — individually or in teams — will be delegated to accompany the executive(s).

Partners are fluent in English, French or Dutch as required.
